Dividend Recommendation
The Board of Directors of KFIL at its meeting held on 12 June 2026 recommended a Final Dividend of ₹3 per equity share of face value of ₹5 each (60%) for financial year 2025-2026.
Dividend Payment Process
The final dividend is subject to approval by members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM through various modes of payment including direct credit/RTGS/NEFT/NECS.
Tax Deduction at Source (TDS)
As per Income Tax Act, 2025, dividend declared and paid is taxable in the hands of shareholders. The company is required to deduct TDS at applicable rates at the time of dividend payment. Tax rate depends on shareholder's residential status and classification.
Shareholder Requirements
Members must update any change in residential status and/or category with their Depository Participants (for electronic shares) or with Registrar and Share Transfer Agent MUFG Intime India Private Limited (for physical shares).

Bank Account Registration
Physical shareholders can register/update bank details with RTA MUFG Intime India Private Limited at Akshay Complex, Block No. 202, Second Floor, Off Dhole Patil Road, Near Ganesh Temple, Pune 411001. Electronic shareholders must update details with their Depository Participants.
Document Verification
