Kirloskar Industries will hold a board meeting on 19 May 2026 to consider audited financial results for Q4 and FY26.
The board will also consider recommending a dividend for the financial year 2025-2026.
The company's trading window has been closed since 1 April 2026 and will reopen after 22 May 2026.
