Kirloskar Pneumatic executed an amendment to acquire the remaining 44.74% equity in subsidiary Systems and Components India.
The acquisition was completed at a consideration of ₹12.55 crores from the existing promoter shareholder.
The transaction was approved by the company's board and disclosed pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations.
This follows an earlier disclosure providing detailed information required under SEBI circulars.
