Kisan Mouldings Limited has made a disclosure to BSE Limited pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations regarding a change in its registered office address. This disclosure is in continuation of the company's earlier intimation dated October 19, 2026.
The company had previously informed about receiving an order dated October 15, 2026, from the Regional Director (Western Region-I), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Mumbai, approving the shifting of its registered office from the State of Maharashtra to the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on November 06, 2026, decided to shift the Registered Office of the Company to the new address: "37, Hargobind Enclave, Vikas Marg, New Delhi – 110092, India". This change is effective from November 07, 2026.
The company will undertake necessary statutory filings and complete other consequential formalities in connection with this change of registered office address.
