Kitex Garments Sets September 25 AGM, Dividend Record Date

Kitex Garments Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about its upcoming Annual General Meeting and dividend-related corporate actions.

The 34th Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:00 A.M (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with relevant circulars issued by MCA and SEBI.

The transfer books will be closed from September 18, 2026 (Friday) to September 25, 2026 (Friday). The record date has been fixed as September 18, 2026 (Friday) for both the AGM and determining entitlement of members to final dividend.

The dividend on Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2026, as recommended by the Board of Directors, will be paid within 30 days of the date of AGM if approved by shareholders, subject to deduction of tax at source.
