The meeting has been rescheduled to Friday, 30th October, 2026 at 04:00 P.M. at the company's registered office at H-629 Phase - II RIICO IND Area Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur – 302022, Rajasthan, India.
The agenda for the rescheduled board meeting includes:
- Consideration and approval of the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the Half year ended 30th September, 2026 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor
- Evaluation of fundraising proposals through permissible mechanisms including issuance of equity shares and/or other securities (including share warrants and other equity-based instruments) through preferential issue on a private placement basis or other permissible modes
- Any other business with the Chairman's permission
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's internal code, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities remains closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives since Thursday, 1st October, 2026. The trading window will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2026.
