Meeting Details
The 04th meeting of the Board of Directors for the financial year 2026-27 will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC). The primary agenda includes considering, approving, and taking on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for:
- Second quarter ended 30 September 2026
- Half year ended 30 September 2026
This action is being taken pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Trading Window Restrictions
As previously communicated via letter dated 23 September 2026, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company remains closed for:
- Promoters
- Directors
- Designated Persons
- Immediate relatives of designated persons
The closure is in effect from 01 October 2026 and will remain closed until 15 November 2026 (both days inclusive), in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders.
