Kovai Medical Center and Hospital Limited has submitted the voting results to BSE Limited for a postal ballot conducted pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.

The postal ballot sought shareholder approval for one special resolution: the re-designation of Dr. Arun N Palaniswami (DIN: 02706099) from Executive Director to Joint Managing Director of the Company for the remaining period of his current tenure, effective from August 7, 2026, including the remuneration payable to him from that date.
