KMF Builders & Developers Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange about an upcoming board meeting scheduled for Friday, 14 August 2026 at 3:30 PM. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office located at 508, Golf Manor NAL Wind Tunnel Road, Murugesh Palya, Bangalore-560017, Karnataka.
The primary agenda of the board meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone Financial Results prepared in IND-AS format for the first quarter ended 30 June 2026. The board will also review the Limited Review Report accompanying the financial results.
Additionally, the company has implemented a trading blackout period in accordance with its Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed for all directors, officers, and designated employees since 1 July 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the company announces and intimates the financial results to the stock exchanges.
