- KNR Constructions Limited and Indus Infra Trust (Purchaser) have mutually agreed to extend the timeline for sale of the company's stake in KNR Ramanattukara Infra Private Limited (KRIPL)
- Extension is due to delay in compliance of certain Condition Precedents
- New proposed date of completion extended to 15th October 2026

- Company had already completed sale of stakes in three SPVs:
- KPIPL stake sold on 30th May 2026
- KRGIPL stake sold on 11th June 2026
- KGIPL stake sold on 18th September 2026
- Only KRIPL stake sale remains pending with extended timeline
