KNR Constructions Wins ₹157.5 Crore GHMC Flyover Project

Project Details

KNR Constructions Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance from Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) for two infrastructure projects in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana:

• Construction of 2-lane unidirectional flyover at NFCL Junction
• Construction of 2-lane unidirectional underpass and 3-lane unidirectional flyover at TV9 Junction

Both projects will be executed on an Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis.

Financial Details

• Total contract value: ₹157,54,60,000 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty-Seven Crores Fifty-Four Lakhs Sixty Thousand Only)
• Value excludes GST
• Currency: Indian Rupees

Timeline

• Construction period: 24 months
• Acceptance date: 29th August 2026 (date of disclosure)
