KNR Constructions Limited has made a disclosure to the BSE and NSE under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
The company intimated that it received a Letter of Acceptance on 09th June 2026 from Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad.
The project involves the Construction of a 6-lane bi-directional flyover crossing three specific junctions: TKR College junction, Gayatri Nagar Junction, and Mandamallamma Junction.
The project is to be executed on an Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)/Turnkey Basis in the state of Telangana.
The total value of the contract is ₹235,07,01,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Thirty-Five Crores Seven Lakhs One Thousand Only). This amount is exclusive of GST.
The stipulated construction period for the project is 24 months.
