Voting Process

The company provided remote e-voting facility between 3rd-5th August 2026. Mr. J. H. Ranade, Practising Company Secretary (FCS 4317, CP 2520) of M/s. JHR & Associates was appointed as scrutinizer. Results of combined remote e-voting and e-voting at AGM were to be declared within two working days.

Delay Explanation and Condonation Request

The company disclosed that the AGM proceedings could not be filed within the prescribed timeline due to "unforeseen technical glitches." The delay was approximately one hour. The company emphasized that it made sincere efforts for timely compliance and submitted immediately upon resolution of the technical issue. They requested condonation considering the brief and inadvertent nature of the delay and assured utmost care for future submissions.

Financial Statement Note

The Chairman noted that the audited financial statements contained no qualifications from Statutory Auditors except regarding "quantity recorded in the books of accounts and the physical inventory which is seen on the co figures."
