Kokuyo Camlin Limited has submitted a regulatory filing to both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited regarding a management change. The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 6th August 2026, had previously approved the appointment of Ms. Urvi Upadhyay as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company. The appointment included a direction for her to join office on or before 6th November 2026.
Based on confirmation received from Ms. Urvi Upadhyay, her joining date has been confirmed as 2nd November 2026.
Concurrently, Ms. Sarika More ceased to be the Interim Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 30th October 2026.
The letter of resignation from Ms. Sarika More shall be placed before the Board of Directors in the upcoming Board Meeting for its consideration and formal acceptance.
