Brief profile and qualifications: 54 years old, Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Over 27+ years of consulting experience across multiple leading firms, including 13+ years with KPMG where he was National Leader for Tax and part of the India Leadership Team. He was responsible for setting up and expanding the M&A Tax practice of KPMG India and built an exclusive legacy of work in M&A, transactions, and restructuring space for some of the biggest deals in the country. Prior to KPMG, he was at Arthur Andersen for over a decade. Has worked with large multinationals and Indian promoter companies across sectors including manufacturing, infrastructure, telecom, IT/ITes, energy and natural resources, financial services, auto, pharmaceutical, and FMCG.
Shareholding: Holds 50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of the company.

3. Mr. Pranav Mehta - Chief Business Officer – Pune
- Responsible for leading the Pune region's growth, revenue, profitability, and overall business performance

- Spent over a decade at Godrej Properties, playing key role in shaping high-growth regions including Pune, Mumbai, NCR, and Kolkata
