Kome-On Communication Ltd held its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 10th September 2026 at 12:00 P.M. via video conferencing/other audio-visual mode at the registered office situated at 202 Amar Chambers, Station Road, Valsad, Gujarat, India, 396001.

Resolutions Considered and Approved

The meeting considered and approved four resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 17th August 2026:

Ordinary Business:

1. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended on 31st March 2026, including the Audited Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statement, Board's Report and Statutory Auditor's Report.

2. To re-appoint Mr. Abhishek Suresh Kyal (DIN: 08184639) as a director liable to retire by rotation.

Special Business:

3. To increase the authorized Share Capital of the Company from ₹15,01,00,000 (Rupees Fifteen Crores One Lakh Only) to ₹65,01,00,000 (Rupees Sixty-Five Crores One Lakh Only) and consequential alteration of Clause V of the Memorandum of Association.

4. To enhance the limits for making investments, giving loans or guarantees and providing securities under section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Voting Process Details

The company provided e-voting facility to all members holding shares as on the cut-off date of 3rd September 2026. The e-voting period opened at 09:00 a.m. on Monday, 7th September 2026 and concluded at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 9th September 2026.

Mr. Anuj Gupta, Company Secretary in Whole Time Practice, was appointed as the Scrutinizer to independently carry out the electronic voting process. The e-voting facility was provided by Link Intime India Private Limited.

Category-wise Voting Breakdown

Promoter and Promoter Group (holding 1,000 shares) and Public Institutions (holding 1,000 shares) did not participate in the voting process for any resolution.

All voting participation came from Public Non-Institutions category holding 15,004,207 shares, with 71,385 votes polled (0.4757% turnout), showing 99.4676% approval across all resolutions.

Scrutinizer's Report

Mr. Anuj Gupta submitted the Scrutinizer's Report dated 11th September 2026, confirming:
