The company secured the 15th position overall out of 500 recognised employers and achieved the top rank in the Engineering & Manufacturing category, placing first among 31 companies.
The ranking is derived from an independent study that surveyed employees of corporate groups with more than 1,000 staff and operations in at least two Asia‑Pacific markets. The methodology employed an online access panel that captured responses from over 80,000 participants—both part‑time and full‑time—across Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
