The Forty-First Annual General Meeting of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited was held on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing, in compliance with MCA General Circular No. 3/2025 dated 22nd September, 2025 and subsequent circulars.

The votes were unblocked on the e-voting website of NSDL on August 1, 2026 at around 1:10 p.m. IST in the presence of two witnesses: Mr. Edlon Dsouza and Mr. Krishnakant Adagale. The Scrutinizer confirmed that all resolutions were approved with requisite majority and the voting process was conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
Compliance Confirmation
The meeting was conducted in compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
