Kotak Mahindra Bank Allots 7,945 ESOP Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank allotted 7,945 equity shares of Re. 1/- each on March 23, 2026 under ESOP Scheme 2015.
Shares were allotted across two tranches of Series 2015/39: 3rd Tranche (5,525 shares) and 4th Tranche (2,420 shares).
The allotment was approved by the Large Expenditure and Share Transfer and Other Matters Committee of the Bank.
