Kotak Mahindra Bank Appoints Ramesh Iyer Independent Director

Kotak Mahindra Bank shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Ramesh G. Iyer as an Independent Director via a special resolution.
The resolution passed with 99.73% of valid votes in favor, based on a remote e-voting process conducted via NSDL.
A total of 841.49 crore votes were cast in favor by 3,904 members, with 2.26 crore votes against from 166 members.
The scrutinizer confirmed the process complied with SEBI LODR Regulations and the Companies Act, 2013.
