Kotak Mahindra Bank discloses grant of 2,015,350 employee stock options under its 2023 ESOP scheme.
Options were granted to eligible employees of the bank and its subsidiaries on May 15, 2026.
Vesting occurs in four equal tranches of 25% annually starting May 2027 through May 2030.
Each option entitles the grantee to one equity share of face value Re. 1.
