Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited has issued US$ 650,000,000 senior notes with a 5.478% interest rate, maturing in 2031. The notes were issued under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act 1933 as part of the bank's US$ 1 billion euro medium term note programme.
