Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited has incorporated a new subsidiary company, Kothari Industrial IUAD Design Private Limited (CIN: U85499TN2026PTC195911), on July 27, 2026, under the Companies Act, 2013. This incorporation follows the company's earlier disclosure dated November 29, 2025, regarding approval for incorporation through a Joint Venture with Accademia IUAD, Italy.
The subsidiary has been established to create India's first international design university/campus from Italy in collaboration with Accademia IUAD, Italy. The institution will offer internationally recognized education, research, innovation and skill development in multiple creative disciplines including Footwear Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, Jewellery Design, Cinematography, Product Design, Communication Design and other allied creative fields.
