Significant Terms and Conditions
The company has been selected as the Food Service Provider for implementation of the scheme for 3 years. The contract is in accordance with the tender documents and applicable terms and conditions. The company is required to provide the prescribed food services in accordance with the respective tender documents.
The LOA requires the company to furnish the applicable Security Deposit and execute the agreement within 2 days from the receipt of the LOA (by September 5, 2026), after which the formal work order will be issued.
Related Party Considerations
The promoter/promoter group/group companies do not have any interest in the entity that awarded the contract. The contract does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions and will be conducted at arm's length.
