Kotyark Industries Limited announced pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations that it has received a biodiesel allocation totaling ₹173.45 crore from Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) including Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL).
The allocation is specifically for supplies in Gujarat during the period June-August 2026. The execution period is 92 days from the Award of Contract, subject to requisite Indents/Supply Orders and applicable terms and conditions.
