KP Group Installs First Indian-Made 4.2MW Wind Turbine

KP Group announces installation of India's first 'Make in India' 4.2M160 wind turbine generator manufactured by Senvion India.
The 4.2 MW turbine features 160-metre rotor diameter and 140-metre hub height, optimized for low-to-medium wind regimes.
The turbine platform achieves over 85% localisation and was included in ALMM in December 2025.
Chairman Dr. Faruk Patel states this reinforces KP Group's commitment to advanced renewable energy technologies.
