Overview

KP’s 21st Century College was founded in 2003 under the leadership of Chairman Krishna Pradeep with the explicit purpose of delivering quality civil‑services preparation, experienced faculty, disciplined study routines and continuous mentorship. Over two decades the institution has guided thousands of aspirants toward public‑service careers and has evolved to integrate Intermediate and Degree education with an IAS Foundation and national‑level entrance‑exam preparation.

Integrated Academic Programme

The college follows a “One Nation, One Curriculum” model overseen by Dr. V. Bhavani Shankar, Director and Chief Mentor. At the Intermediate level, students can enrol in MPC, MEC, CEC and HEC streams while simultaneously preparing for IAS Foundation, IIT‑JEE, CLAT, CUET, IPMAT, NIFT, B.Design, NDA, SSC Foundation and JEE Hotel Management exams. At the Degree level, the curriculum allows a graduation degree to be combined with IAS Foundation and advanced preparation for UPSC, CAPF, CDS, CLAT, CUET, SSC, RRB, Bank PO, TGPSC, APPSC and CAT. This integrated approach has earned the college the titles of Best Intermediate College in Telangana and Best Degree with IAS College in Telangana.

Faculty & Mentoring Model

Teaching is driven by a “Learning by Doing” philosophy. Faculty members identify individual abilities, encourage curiosity, clarify difficult concepts and address learning gaps promptly. The PMENS Mentoring Model (Provoke, Mentor, Engage, Nurture, Stimulate) ensures teachers remain closely involved in each student’s academic and personal development. Weekly tests assess progress; mentors analyse results, provide personalised feedback and conduct guided study hours where doubts are cleared and daily progress is monitored.

Achievements

The institution’s students have secured All‑India ranks in CLAT and performed strongly in CUET. Notably, Dharavath Bhaskar achieved All‑India Rank 58 in the 2026 UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Examination after receiving free degree education, IAS Foundation coaching, food and accommodation from the college. The college also lists several TGPSC Group‑I achievers—Tejaswini Reddy Jinna, Gayathri Gottiparthy, Akshara Miryala, Sandeep Palakurthy, Sathwika Sama, Sindhu Nelluri, D. A. Christina Evengileen, Venkat Deep Kojgewar, Kalyan Goud—and APPSC Group‑I and Group‑II rankers, reinforcing its reputation as the Best TGPSC Group‑1/2 and Best APPSC Group‑1/2 coaching institute in the region.

Campus & Facilities

A new lush‑green campus supports a disciplined routine beginning at 5:00 a.m. with yoga, physical exercise and sports. Facilities include grounds for cricket, basketball, volleyball, tennis, athletics, shot put, kabaddi and kho‑kho, promoting fitness, concentration, teamwork and leadership. Holistic development activities such as Mock Parliament, Model United Nations, NCC, and national celebrations further nurture civic awareness and public‑service orientation.

IAS Academy Programme

KP’s 21st Century IAS Academy provides examination‑oriented coaching for UPSC Civil Services, TGPSC Group‑I/II, APPSC Group‑I/II, UPSC CAPF, CDS, SSC and other government examinations. The academy’s curriculum combines experienced civil‑services faculty, up‑to‑date content, current‑affairs integration, Prelims and Mains preparation, answer‑writing practice, weekly tests and personalised mentorship.

Nirantara Sadhana Programme

The academy’s continuous‑preparation framework, Nirantara Sadhana Programme, comprises four initiatives: Nitya (daily disciplined learning), CARE (Current‑Affairs Reverse Engineering), HIT (High‑Impact Test Series) and SPMB (Single Page Memory Builder). Weekly evaluations identify strengths and gaps; mentors deliver timely conceptual clarification, answer‑writing guidance and focused support.

Panchajanya Programme (UPSC Preparation Before Graduation)

Designed for third‑year degree students, the Panchajanya Programme enables completion of the full General Studies syllabus during the first two years. Pre‑exam cycles include Wednesday and Saturday UPSC‑pattern Prelims (50 questions: 30 GS, 10 Current Affairs, 10 CSAT), Mains (five questions: three GS, one Current Affairs, one Ethics) and weekly essay tests. Subject‑wise Grand Tests follow each cycle, ensuring comprehensive revision and readiness before the age‑21 eligibility for the Civil Services Examination.

Conclusion

Through integrated curricula, disciplined mentorship, extensive test series and a state‑of‑the‑art campus, KP’s 21st Century College and its IAS Academy aim to identify talent early, nurture it systematically and produce successful public‑service professionals across Telangana and beyond.
