Vesting Schedule
The stock options are subject to a minimum vesting period of one (1) year with the following vesting schedule:

- At the end of 3rd year from Date of Grant: 35% of options vest
- At the end of 4th year from Date of Grant: 15% of options vest
The maximum vesting period shall not be greater than five (5) years from the date of Grant.
Exercise Period
Vested options may be exercised in whole or in part within a period of three months from the date of vesting. Options not exercised within this Exercise Period shall lapse.
