KPIL Acquires Full Ownership of Kalpataru Projects Arabia

Kalpataru Projects International Limited completed acquisition of remaining 35% stake in Kalpataru Projects Arabia for SAR 10 million.
The acquisition, effective April 14, 2026, makes Kalpataru Projects Arabia a wholly owned subsidiary of KPIL.
Required approvals from Saudi Business Centre and other Saudi authorities were completed on April 26, 2026.
The move strengthens KPIL's presence in Saudi Arabia's power transmission and distribution market.
