Director Profiles and Qualifications
Mr. Sanjay Ramakant Buch is a Senior Advocate & Solicitor and partner at M/s. Crawford Bayley & Co., practicing in Mumbai for three decades. His expertise includes Business & Corporate laws, Restructurings, Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities Laws and Regulations including SEBI Take Over Code, insider Trading, Corporate Governance, Capital Markets, Limited Liability Partnerships, Foreign Exchange Management Laws, Competition Law, Property Laws, Arbitration and Corporate Litigation. He serves as legal advisor to multinational, foreign and Indian companies and sits on boards of other reputed companies as independent director.
Mr. Niraj Shishir Shirgaokar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Bombay University with 15 years of experience in professionally managed multi-national companies. He currently serves as Managing Director of The Ugar Sugar Works Ltd. (parent company) and co-founded iResearch Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2008. He has served as President of South India Sugar Mills Association (SISMA) and completed his term as President of the India Sugar Mills Association (ISMA). He is also an accomplished squash player having represented India internationally.
Ms. Rama Sanjay Kirloskar holds a double major in Mathematics and Biology from Bryn Mawr College, USA. She currently serves as Joint Managing Director of Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL) and Managing Director of Kirloskar Ebara Pumps Limited (KEPL), a joint venture with Ebara Corporation, Japan. She also serves on the boards of Karad Projects and Motors Limited and Prakar Investments Private Limited, and is on the Executive Council of Accelerating Growth of New India's Innovations (AGNII), a program of the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India.
