KRAFTON India Announces BGMI Air Launch on Dec 10 2026
KRAFTON India disclosed that its new mobile gaming title, BGMI Air, will officially launch in India on December 10, 2026. The announcement follows the achievement of 14 million pre‑registrations on Google Play, recorded before any launch date had been set.
A Closed Beta Testing phase is scheduled from November 20 to 24, 2026 and will be conducted in three Indian cities: Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata. Players wishing to participate must submit a video explaining why they should be among the first to play, tag the official handle, and complete a form linked in the Instagram bio of BGMI Air and BGMI’s official page. Selected participants will join the closed beta.
BGMI Air is designed as a lightweight 1 GB application, targeting devices with limited storage that could not accommodate the full BGMI experience. Although it runs as a separate app, existing BGMI players can access BGMI Air without transferring their accounts. Further pre‑launch details and reward information will be communicated through the official BGMI Air social‑media channels.
