Redemption Process and Rules
Players must follow five steps: visit the redeem centre, enter their Character ID, input the code, complete the captcha verification, and click Redeem. Rewards are delivered via in‑game mail. Important rules include:
- Each code may be used by a maximum of 10 users on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
- Individual users can redeem one code per day and each code can be redeemed only once per account.
- Guest accounts are ineligible.
- Expired codes cannot be used, and redeemed rewards must be claimed within 30 days of delivery, after which the mail expires.
