Kranti Industries 250,000 Warrants Lapsed, ₹50L Forfeited

Kranti Industries intimates BSE under SEBI Reg. 30 that 250,000 convertible warrants lapsed due to non-conversion by the allottee.
Evolution Capital Advisory did not convert 250,000 warrants by the April 22, 2026 deadline, out of its total allotment of 1.5 million warrants.
The company will forfeit the upfront amount of ₹50 lakh received for these lapsed warrants, subject to board approval.
The capital structure remains unchanged as a result of this warrant lapse.
