Kranti Industries Divests 15.22% Stake in PMPL

Kranti Industries' Board approved disinvestment of up to 10,00,000 equity shares (15.22%) in subsidiary Preciso Metall Private Limited.
Post-disinvestment, Preciso Metall Private Limited will cease to be a subsidiary; it is not classified as a material subsidiary.
PMPL contributed ₹737.92 lakhs (9.40% of consolidated turnover) and had a negative net worth of ₹(190.04) lakhs as of March 31, 2025.
Buyer identity, consideration, completion date, and related party status are yet to be disclosed and will be updated in due course.
