Kranti Industries Divests Stake in Preciso Metall

Kranti Industries Limited divested 8,00,000 equity shares (part of up to 10,00,000 approved) in subsidiary Preciso Metall Private Limited via SPA dated March 27, 2026.
Total sale consideration is ₹80 lakh (₹40 lakh each to Mr. Kunal Vijay Vora and Mr. Sunil Rameshlal Gadiya), with completion expected by March 30, 2026.
Post-disinvestment, Preciso Metall Private Limited ceases to be a subsidiary and becomes an associate company of Kranti Industries Limited.
PMPL contributed ₹737.92 lakh (9.40% of consolidated turnover) and had a negative net worth of ₹190.04 lakh as on March 31, 2025.
