On 4 November 2026, Krisala Developers and Hiranandani Communities announced the launch of Everlyn, a new residential address within the 105‑acre Krisala x Hiranandani Township in North Hinjawadi, Pune, Maharashtra. The project is registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority under number PR1260002502438 and is currently under construction. Everlyn will comprise 2‑ and 3‑bedroom units with carpet areas ranging from 756 sq ft to 1,103 sq ft. It follows the Everland phase, which sold out completely, underscoring strong buyer interest in the township.

The township is being built in harmony with surrounding hills, forests and lakes and has partnered with The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) to pursue an IGBC Green Townships Platinum rating.
