Krishival Foods Limited has made a disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations regarding the appointment of a new Chief Business Officer. The company has appointed Mr. Vivek Kumar Jain as Chief Business Officer (CBO) effective from October 23, 2026.

Mr. Jain brings over 25 years of experience across Nestlé (18 years) and Tata Consumer Products (7 years). His expertise includes successful scaling of consumer businesses, strengthening iconic brands, and omnichannel expansion including international markets.

In his new role, Mr. Jain will spearhead Krishival Foods' business strategy and growth initiatives with specific focus on:

  • Driving profitability
  • Expanding the product portfolio across domestic and international markets
  • Strengthening product and category management
  • Scaling distribution channels including General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, and Exports

His career background includes building and scaling consumer businesses, developing growth platforms, and leading diverse teams across multiple markets. At Tata Consumer Products, he played a key role in scaling Modern Trade and E-commerce capabilities and expanding the company's export presence. His 18-year tenure at Nestlé involved diverse sales and business leadership responsibilities across India and Thailand.

The appointment strengthens Krishival Foods' leadership as the company continues to build its consumer foods platform through both healthy snacks and ice cream segments, with emphasis on portfolio development, distribution expansion, and sustainable, profitable growth.

Mr. Jain's educational qualifications include:

  • Bachelor of Commerce degree from Commerce College, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur
  • PGDBA in Human Resources and Finance from AMS, Dehradun
  • Completed programmes in Future Ready Product Management Using Artificial Intelligence from IIT Roorkee
  • Digital Marketing and Analytics from IIM Mumbai
  • General Management certification from SDA Bocconi
