Krishival Foods Limited has provided an update regarding the conversion of partly paid-up equity shares to fully paid-up status following the receipt of the First and Final Call amount.
The conversion follows the approval granted by the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors on August 05, 2026, for converting 27,72,120 partly paid-up equity shares of face value ₹10 each (with paid-up value of ₹3.5 per share) into fully paid-up equity shares.
The company has completed necessary corporate actions and credited 27,72,095 fully paid-up equity shares to the demat accounts of eligible shareholders. The National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited granted listing and trading approvals for these shares on August 17, 2026.
These 27,72,095 fully paid-up equity shares became available for trading on both stock exchanges effective Tuesday, August 18, 2026, under ISIN: INE0GGO01015.
The conversion process for 25 partly paid-up equity shares could not be completed due to technical errors at the depositories' end affecting the demat accounts of concerned shareholders. The company will take appropriate steps to convert these remaining shares into fully paid-up status upon receipt of requests from the concerned shareholders, subject to completion of necessary formalities.
The disclosure is signed by Rahul Gawande, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, on August 18, 2026.
