Krishna Defence Acquires 46.81% Stake in TSPL

Krishna Defence executed a Shareholders Agreement to acquire a 46.81% stake in Taharabadkar Solutions Pvt Ltd.
The acquisition involves 8,800 equity shares at Rs. 4,546 per share based on a valuation report.
KDAIL secures rights to appoint a director and obtains ROFR & Drag Along rights on TSPL's board.
The transaction is not a related party transaction and is conducted at arm's length.
