The postponement was necessitated due to the non-availability of the company's Statutory Auditor on the originally scheduled date.
The purpose of the board meeting remains unchanged: to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2026, along with other business matters.
The company confirms that the trading window for dealing in securities remains closed from 1st October 2026, as previously communicated on 22nd September 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026.
