KRN Heat Exchanger intimated exchanges of CFO Sonu Gupta's resignation, effective close of business on 14th May 2026.
The resignation was due to internal restructuring and a changed role within the company.
Mr. Gupta will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel but will continue as a Senior Management Personnel.
