KRN Heat Exchanger EGM Approves Director Reappointments, ESOP, QIP

KRN Heat Exchanger held its EGM on April 15, 2026, passing all five special resolutions via e-voting with requisite majorities.
Resolutions approved include reappointment of Chairman & MD Santosh Yadav, Whole-Time Director Anju Devi, and a new 2026 ESOP Plan.
Shareholders approved granting ESOPs to subsidiary employees and a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) for fundraising.
Total 33 members attended the EGM, with 80.93% of total share capital voting across all resolutions.
