KRN HVAC Acquires Industrial Plot for ₹8.52 Cr

KRN HVAC Products Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, purchased an industrial plot of 30,427.84 sq. mtr. in RIICO, Alwar, Rajasthan.
The purchase consideration for the plot is Rs. 8,51,98,000 (approx. Rs. 8.52 crore), acquired from Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries Limited.
The transaction is not a related party transaction and the seller has no relationship with the promoter/promoter group of KRN Heat Exchanger.
