Key Transaction Details
Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited has entered into a Public Private Partnership (PPP) Agreement with the Director Health Services, Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Himachal Pradesh. The agreement covers setting up, operating, managing, maintaining and reporting of CT Scan Diagnostic Facilities at 34 Government Health Institutions across the State of Himachal Pradesh.
Project Structure and Terms
The project will be implemented on a PPP basis for an initial period of seven (7) years, extendable by a further period of three (3) years on mutually agreed terms and conditions. The project will operate on a majority cash basis.
Expansion Scope
This represents a significant expansion from the company's previous engagement, where it was servicing 12 Government Health Institutions across Himachal Pradesh. The scope has now been increased to 34 institutions under this new agreement.
Financial Impact Assessment
As per the annexure, the size of the contract/tender cannot be estimated as it is a new project. No specific financial value has been disclosed for the agreement.
Related Party Considerations
The company confirms that the promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the contract. The order does not fall within related party transactions.
