Krystal Integrated Services Acquires Citelum India for Rs. 10,000

Krystal Integrated Services executed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% equity of Citelum India Private Limited.
The total consideration for the acquisition is Rs. 10,000, subject to adjustments per the agreement terms.
The transaction is not a related party transaction and was executed at arm's length.
Upon completion, Citelum India will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Krystal Integrated Services.
