KS Smart Solutions is responsible for supply, installation, configuration, commissioning, and warranty support of the systems in accordance with technical specifications, statutory requirements, and government procurement guidelines. The project follows an OEM-verified framework with traceable device identification, configuration integrity, and prescribed quality standards.
The tentative timeline for project completion is January 2027. The company confirmed that neither promoters/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the agreement, and the order does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
