Management Personnel Changes

Resignation of Chief Financial Officer:

• Mr. Suvajit Choudhury resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) effective from the close of business hours on June 30, 2026.
• The resignation was consequent upon his transfer to the Commercial Department of the Company as part of a strategic HR initiative.
• The management decided to move Mr. Choudhury to a new role in the Commercial Department effective July 01, 2026.

Appointment of New Senior Management:

• Mr. Vikram Jeet Sharma joined the company effective July 01, 2026 as "Deputy General Manager - Strategic Planning & Commercial" (Senior Management Personnel).
• Mr. Sharma brings over 24 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• His previous experience includes:
• Khadim India Limited (January 2006 onwards, last designation - Deputy General Manager - Strategic Planning & Commercial)
• Liberty Marine Syndicate Pvt Ltd.
• M/s. Roy Ghosh & Associates (Chartered Accountants)
• M/s. M. Modi & Associates (Chartered Accountants)
• He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta.
