Kundan Metals has postponed its scheduled board meeting due to unavoidable circumstances. The meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday, 10th November 2026 has been rescheduled to Thursday, 12th November 2026.
The board meeting will be held at the company's registered office at Flat No. 4, 2nd Floor, 3 Scindia House, Connaught Place, Central Delhi-110001.

- Consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (both standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September 2026

Trading Window Status
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's internal code, the trading window for designated persons remains closed. The trading window was initially closed effective from 1st October 2026 and will now remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
