Trading Window Closure

As previously intimated to the Exchange via letter dated 23rd June, 2026, the Trading Window of the Company shall continue to remain closed for designated persons until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026. This closure is in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
