KVR Industries Liquidation Revived After Resolution Plan Breach

NCLT Amaravati directs liquidator to file audited balance sheet for KVR Industries as of 07.11.2025, the revived liquidation commencement date.
Liquidation was revived after the resolution applicant breached terms set by NCLAT in its conditional order dated 04.07.2025.
The NCLAT order stipulated that upon breach, all amounts paid under the resolution plan would be forfeited and liquidation proceedings revived.
